Production

Starting from different shapes and thickness of planks or pipes we successively sort the workpieces to the next step in the process of the production. It may be the cutting, the MIG/MAG welding, the deburring or the use of a machine tool (cnc). Special requests using laser cuts and oxy-fuel cuts are first delivered to us from other highly specialized companies.

Cnc machine tools and lathes carry out the mechanical production. All of our machines are highly reliable and flexible, so we can perform our best and be competitive even with small lots.

Other than milled, turned and welded workpieces, we can offer to our clients also products with other type of successive superficial treatment (polishing, different type of galvanization, chrome plating, anodizing etc.), thermal treatment and grinding, with the help of skilled supplier with many years of experience in the industry. In this way we can deliver a ready-to-be-assembled product.
